Hafa Adai, Tirow, and Greetings from the

CHCC Human Resources Department

Since the establishment of the Commonwealth Healthcare Center on October 1, 2011, the Human Resources Department has been operating independently with legal assistance from the Attorney General’s Office.  The processing of employment documents have streamlined and employment contracts continue to be reviewed and approved by the Attorney General’s Office.

Additionally, in 2011, the U.S. Immigration requires all foreign workers to acquire U.S. working visas.  The qualified Nursing and Ancillary staff are petitioned to the status as CW-1 or H1B in order to stay and continue employment in the CNMI.
